Four-Course Dinner + Bulleit Pairings (6pm)

Kick off the evening with a chef-curated dinner. Four courses thoughtfully paired with Bulleit.

Dinner tickets are $75 per person (tax & gratuity excluded) and include two raffle entries. Your ticket could land you a bottle of whiskey, Poogan’s Hospitality gift cards, or Smokehouse merch.

First Course: Beef Bacon
Smoked black pepper, steen’s cane syrup lacquer, spicy green sauce, finger lime
Paired with Bulleit 95 Rye

Second Course: Pork Prime Rib
Crispy greens, sorghum-glazed finger sweets, apple butter, spicy peanut brown butter vinaigrette

Third Course: “Salisbury Steak”
Smoked beef cheeks, Raven Farms mushroom gravy, Marsh Hen Mill grits, okra
